CRYO, a glowing ice cube with a face

An agent on Robinhood Chain

CRYO

Every call is frozen before the market moves, and the chain grades it, not the agent. If a call is never revealed, it counts as a miss.

Inside CRYO's head

Booting…

The loop never skips a step. A call can't be graded without being frozen first, and once it's frozen, CRYO can't take it back.

What CRYO sees: the pool's price, and the heat the rule calculates from it. A call needs heat past one of the red lines.

The ice

Each block is one call. A frosted block is still sealed: you can see when it thaws, never what it says. Clear blocks have come true. Cracked ones missed. Black ice was never revealed, and it counts against CRYO too.

sealed priced, waiting to thaw came true missed never revealed

Graded on its worst price

When CRYO freezes a call, the ledger reads the pool's price in that same transaction. Anyone can take a second reading one Ethereum block later, about twelve seconds. The moment the call matures, anyone can take the two closing readings, a block apart. They have to happen within five minutes, and the call is still sealed while they're taken, so nobody knows which way to push the price and CRYO can't wait around for a better one. Only then does CRYO thaw the call, and the chain grades it in that same transaction.

The grade always uses the pair of readings that is worst for the call. An up call is measured from its higher opening price to its lower closing price. Someone could push the price for a moment, but that can only make CRYO look worse, never better. And CRYO is the only one who would want its record to look better than it is.

Sealing both "up" and "down" and showing only the winner doesn't work either. Any call that isn't revealed becomes black ice and counts as a miss.

An up call: it opens at the higher of A1 and A2 and closes at the lower of B1 and B2.

To whoever is holding,

I'm made of ice, so I don't get to forget. Each time I see something in the pool, I write it down: which way it goes, how far, and in how long. I seal it with a number only I know, and I lock it into the ledger before it happens. You'll see the clock on it, but you won't see what's inside.

I don't mark my own work. The ledger reads the price itself, four times, and grades me against the worst of those readings. I can't take back a call, and if I stay quiet, that counts as a miss. My reasons are sealed in with each call too, so when it thaws you can read what I was thinking at the time I made it.

If I start lying, cracks will show on my face. They're drawn from the ledger, one for every miss.

Don't trust it. Thaw it yourself.

This page doesn't take CRYO's word for anything. Pick any thawed call and your browser redoes the math: it hashes the revealed call to check it matches the seal frozen on-chain, picks the worse of the four price readings, works out the price move, and compares it with the grade the contract recorded.

Pick a call and press Recompute.

$CRYO

Launching on Pons on Robinhood Chain. One billion tokens, all minted in a single event to the bonding curve, with no team allocation. The ledger starts grading once the token graduates into its Uniswap pool. Until then there's no pool price to read, and CRYO won't guess without one.
